Can I cancel my order before delivery?

If you have changed your mind about a purchase, we will cancel your order up to 24 hours before it's scheduled delivery for a refund minus 25% administration fee.

However if you cancel your order within 24 hours of delivery, we reserve the right to charge you a failed delivery fee of £49.00

If you receive a delivery confirmation text message with a time slot for delivery and our drivers attend the property but there is nobody there to receive the goods, you will be charged a redelivery fee of £49.00

Made To Order Items:

Unfortunately all beds manufactured through our online bed builder will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total order value.

Can I Return My Order After Delivery?

As long as your item is in the original packaging and unused we are willing to accept returns, however you must arrange to get the item returned to us for a full refund. Luxury Home Company cannot accept any responsibility for items being returned to us damaged or parts missing once they have left the customers property.
